Shipping policy

Shipping is carried out via DHL or Deutsche Post.

For orders up to a value of €29.99, shipping costs are €2.95.
For deliveries within Germany, shipping is free for orders of €30.00 or more.

Shipping costs for orders to EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Canada are €4.95 for orders up to €99.99.
Shipping is free for orders of €100.00 or more.

Shipping costs to all other countries are €4.95 for orders up to €99.99.
Shipping is free for orders of €100.00 or more.

We currently do not ship to the following countries:
China, Russia, United States of America (USA)

Processing and shipping time:
Order processing takes between 1 and 3 business days. During periods of particularly high order volume, processing time may take 5 to 7 business days.
