I don't have a greyhound/ whippet/ dachshund, could the garments still fit my dog?
Yes! Our clothes also fit other breeds and mixed breeds. We will be happy to advise you and choose the right product for your dog. It is best to send an email with your dog's measurements to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us via the contact form . The desired product is unfortunately sold out. Will it be increased again?
All fleece products, air mesh leashes and harnesses, Biothane sets and the Cotton Collection from 'No Name Dog Brand' are manufactured in our factory in Berlin and are usually reproduced. However, there may be longer waiting times if the material is not available.
The Second Skin collections are produced in Greece using leftover, high-quality materials from the fashion industry. To this end, we regularly look at the various fabric and color options together with our suppliers and process the material as completely as possible. Each collection is therefore unique and will not be reproduced.
How do I choose the right size?
Before you order from us for the first time, measure your dog using our measuring instructions . You can find the measurement table for each product as the second product image. In order to avoid unnecessary returns and to protect the environment, we ask you to contact us if you are unsure about the size selection. We would be happy to advise you! If something doesn't fit, we'll be happy to exchange it for a different size.
Fleece Overall, Second Skin Overall and Berlin Jumper... What's the difference?
All polar fleece products all have the same cut and if the fleece overall fits your dog in one size, all other sweaters, shirts, long shirts will fit in the same size.
The Second Skin products have a different cut, a very stretchy, thin fabric and a smaller size than the fleece products fits here. A dog usually fits the fleece overall in L and the second skin overall in S.
The Berlin Jumper is made of a sporty material and is very tight-fitting. The overalls are similar to the fleece products. Thus, a Berlin jumper fits L and the fleece overall also fits L.
Are custom-made products also made?
In principle, we do not offer any custom-made products. However, we are always open to requests and suggestions and try to make everyone happy as far as we can. Write to us if you have a special request!
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany we ship free of charge, worldwide we ship free of charge from an order value of 25 €.
The goods will be packed and shipped within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Depending on product inventory and order volume, it may take a few more days. In this case we will notify you by email. The shipping time for DHL is between 3-5 working days within Germany and 8-10 working days within the EU. Worldwide delivery times vary greatly between 7 and 25 working days.

Can I change or cancel an order?
You can cancel or change your order before it has shipped. Please send us an email about this.
How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter?
You can either click on the unsubscribe link in our newsletter or send us an email asking us to remove your email address from the mailing list.
How can I pay my order?
We accept the following payment options: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna Sofortüberweisung, Maestro, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, eps transfer, Ideal, Klarna invoice.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code that you can use to track your order.
How is my order shipped?
We ship all orders with DHL and Deutsche Post.
Can I pick up my order or try on goods directly from you?
We currently have no spatial possibilities to offer a personal pick-up or fitting.
How can I return an order?
After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your items. If you do not like a product or you have other reasons for returning it, please report your return by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please ensure that the shipment is sufficiently franked. You bear the costs for the return shipment. In any case, we recommend insured shipping with tracking.
In the case of used, soiled, damaged items or items that are not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return or to withhold part of the refund amount.
I bought the wrong size of a product. Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, we will be happy to advise you and exchange the goods for a different size without any fuss. If the right size is not in stock and we cannot reproduce it at short notice, you will be given the opportunity to select a different product.
When will I get my refund for a return?
The processing of the return usually takes 2-3 working days. The amount to be refunded will be credited back to the payment method that you used for payment.
What do I do if my shipment hasn't arrived yet?
If your order does not arrive at your desired delivery address within five working days after receipt of the shipping confirmation, please send an email to email@example.com or use our contact form .
What do I do if an item is damaged or delivered in the wrong color or size?
All items are checked again by us for quality before shipping. However, should it happen that you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can of course complain to us. Please send us an e-mail stating your order number, a description of the complaint about the product and your contact details to firstname.lastname@example.org We will get in touch with you immediately and find a solution.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Please understand that personalized items cannot be returned.
