I don’t have a Windspiel/Whippet/Dachshund – will your clothing still fit my dog?
Yes! Our clothing also fits other breeds and mixed breeds. We’re happy to advise you. Simply send us your dog’s measurements and weight by email to shop@karma-hund.de or via the contact form. For inspiration, visit us on Instagram @karma_hund.
Where can I buy Karma Hund products?
You can purchase our products directly on www.karma-hund.de and in our Etsy shop. Some retailers also carry our products – you’ll find the list on our website.
Do you offer discount codes?
Our prices are fairly calculated. Occasionally, we offer discounts during special events or collection changes, but there are no permanent discount codes. Our focus is on quality and fair pay.
Do you need dog models?
Yes! We regularly look for dog models for product development and photo shoots. Please apply by email with photos, measurements, and your dog’s weight.
Can I work for you?
We’re always happy to receive unsolicited applications! Open positions are listed on our website.
Where are the products made?
All products are handmade in our workshop in Berlin. We place great importance on quality, sustainability, and fair working conditions.
Do you share insights into production?
Yes, we regularly share behind-the-scenes looks at our work and production on Instagram.
Ordering & Payment
How can I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and many other local payment methods.
Can I pay in cash?
No, cash payment is not possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible by email.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us by email or via the contact form.
What if an item is damaged or the wrong color/size?
Please email us your order number, a description, and if possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it right away.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Germany: under €40 = €2.95, free shipping from €40
EU, Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada & International: under €75 = €4.90, free shipping from €75
How long does shipping take?
We ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery by DHL usually takes:
Germany: approx. 3–5 business days
EU: approx. 8–10 business days
International: up to 25 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, by appointment. Please contact us beforehand as we do not have a physical store.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return an order?
You have 14 days to return your order. Please register your return via your customer account or by email, and send it back clean, hair-free, and sufficiently stamped to:

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Yes, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct size. Please contact us by email or via your customer account.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after inspection and will be issued to the original payment method.
Are there any items excluded from returns?
Yes – personalized items, custom-made products, hygiene items, and food cannot be returned.
How do I make sure a product is hair-free for return?
Use a lint roller to thoroughly remove all hair inside and out. The item must be unworn and clean.
Products & Sizes
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog according to the size guide on the second product image. If you’re unsure, contact us for personal advice.
The product I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
You can sign up for an email notification on the product page. We restock regularly but can’t guarantee immediate availability.
Can I try on products on-site?
We don’t offer fittings in our workshop. You can order products, try them at home, and return them if necessary.
Can I order a custom-made product?
No, we don’t offer custom-made products. You can have small adjustments done by a local tailor.
What should I keep in mind when my dog wears clothing or a harness?
Never leave your dog unattended while wearing clothing, as there’s a risk of injury from getting caught. You are responsible for your dog’s safety.
Are the colors exactly like the pictures?
Slight variations are possible since colors can appear differently depending on your screen and lighting conditions.

No. All images are copyright protected and may not be used without written permission. Unauthorized use will lead to legal action.
